About the Programme
Funds for the implementation of the Equity and Quasi-Equity Instruments Investment Programme (hereinafter: the Programme) are provided by the European Union from the Recovery and Resilience Facility within the framework of the NextGenerationEU through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021-2026.
In terms of equity and quasi-equity investments, HBOR acts in its own name and on behalf of the Republic of Croatia. The objective of the Programme is to improve the availability and diversification of financing sources for Croatian companies.
HBOR will implement the Programme by investing funds in eligible alternative investment funds (hereinafter: AIF) or by participating in eligible co-investments with AIFs, which will then direct their investments towards final beneficiaries. The total funds allocated for this Programme amount to EUR 29,862,632.
The Programme implementation period (deadline for signing of the commitments to invest) is until the funds assigned are fully utilised or until 30 June 2026, whichever occurs earlier.
More details about the terms and conditions of the Programme can be found here.
