CROGIP II

The European Investment Fund (hereinafter: EIF) and HBOR continue to investment jointly through CROGIP II (Croatian Growth Investment Programme), an investment programme worth EUR 52,000,000 intended to support fast-growing Croatian companies.

EIF and HBOR contribute EUR 26,000,000 each. HBOR funding is sourced from the Recovery and Resilience Facility under the NextGenerationEU, aligned with the National Recovery and Resilience Plan for 2021-2026.
 

TO WHOM THE FUNDS ARE INTENDED

The funds are intended for SMEs and Mid-Caps (up to 3,000 employees) in one of the following development phases:

• Later stage venture,
• Growth capital,
• Replacement capital,
• Buyout.

 HOW TO BECOME A FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARY

Investments will be provided by Financial Intermediaries selected by the EIF and HBOR through the Call for Expression of Interest published by the EIF.
After the conclusion of the selection process, additional information regarding the selected Financial Intermediaries will be disclosed.
