CROGIP II – Call for Expression of Interest

As a part of the implementation of the Financial instrument - Investment in equity and quasi-equity financial instruments within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021-2026 (NRRP) in cooperation with the European Investment Fund (EIF), CROGIP II (Croatian Growth Investment Program II) investment programme is launched.

A key programme objective is to support the emergence of fund managers which focus a significant part of their investments on Croatian SMEs, small Mid-Caps and Mid-Caps.

The total size of the investment programme is EUR 52 million (HBOR and EIF each provided EUR 26 million) and investments from private investors in equity funds supported by this programme are expected.

HBOR’s commitment is financed through the Recovery and Resilience Facility within Next generation EU* in accordance with the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021-2026 (“NRRP”).

The EIF has published a Call for Expression of Interest with the aim to select financial intermediaries eligible for funds available under CROGIP II.

The deadline for submitting expressions of interest is December 31, 2023.
