HBOR has been awarded the basic MAMFORCE© Standard for Family Responsibility and Gender Equality in Management Policy. The Standard is awarded under the project called “In Pursuit of Full Equality between Men and Women: Harmonization of Private and Business Life” financed by the European Union. The objective of the project is to provide support for organisations when changing attitudes, to identify stereotypes and to introduce new forms of organisation through focusing on the significance of implementing measures aimed at harmonising private and business obligations as well as to enable gender equality with regard to career development and promotion.
