Based on the proposal of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, the Supervisory Board of HBOR has made the decision to appoint a new Management Board of HBOR. As of 16 October 2017, Tamara Perko, MSc has been appointed President of the Management Board of HBOR and Hrvoje Čuvalo, MSc has been appointed Member of the Management Board of HBOR. The term of office of the new Management Board runs for five years. Tamara Perko, MSc was initially appointed President of the Management Board of HBOR on 1 February 2017. Before joining HBOR, she was working for Zagrebačka banka d.d. as Project and Structured Finance Director. Hrvoje Čuvalo, MSc is a long-term employee of HBOR experienced in various fields of activity. Before appointment to the Management Board, he was working on the position of Loan Workout Department Managing Director
