NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD OF HBOR
On the proposal of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, the Supervisory Board of HBOR has made the decision to recall the President and Members of the Management Board of HBOR and to appoint the new Management Board. Dušan Tomašević, Goran Filipić and Martina Jus have been recalled from their positions of the President and Members of the Management Board of HBOR as of 31 January 2017. MSc Tamara Perko has been appointed President of the Management Board of HBOR and Martina Jus has been appointed Member of the Management Board of HBOR starting from 1 February 2017. New Management Board has been appointed until the implementation of the selection and appointment procedure for the members of the Management Board pursuant to the Decree on the Criteria for the Implementation of the Selection and Appointment Procedures for Presidents and Members of Management Boards of Companies and other Legal Entities of Strategic and Special Interest for the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia, nos. 33/16, 43/16 and 109/16), however the duration of the appointments shall not exceed six months. Before joining HBOR, MSc Tamara Perko worked at Zagrebačka banka d.d. as the Manager of Project and Structured Finance, and Martina Jus was the Member of the Management Board of HBOR from 1 June 2014.
