Programme Cooperation Agreement signed by the City of Kastav and HBOR in the KASPI entrepreneurial incubator
The City of Kastav and the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) signed an agreement on programme cooperation in the KASPI entrepreneurial incubator on 15 June 2023. This is the fifth agreement on cooperation in the entrepreneurial incubator, and the purpose of the agreement is cooperation on the development and implementation of programmes in the KASPI entrepreneurial incubator with an objective of providing educational and advisory services to KASPI users and other interested parties from the area of Kastav and Rijeka urban agglomeration.
The City of Kastav and the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development have been cooperating for several years both on the City’s development projects, such as the Energy Renewal of the Public Lighting System, and on the support programmes for entrepreneurs. Namely, HBOR and the City of Kastav have been cooperating on the programmes for the development of entrepreneurship in the area of the City of Kastav for 4 years now offering entrepreneurs the most favourable loan terms and conditions.
As HBOR’s main task is to encourage the development of the Croatian economy, the cooperation on the entrepreneurial incubator programme is natural, and HBOR will provide support to incubator users in finding the best way to fund their business ideas. The signing of this agreement is not the beginning, but the continuation of the good long-term cooperation between the City of Kastav and HBOR.
